Global Energy Metals Highlights Identification of Multiple Uranium Targets at Charlot-Neely Lake Uranium Project in Saskatchewan

October 28, 2026

New exploration results advance uranium projects subject to Global Energy Metals’ 0.5% NSR royalty

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / October 28, 2026 / Global Energy Metals Corporation TSXV:GEMC | OTC:GBLEF | FSE:5GE2 (“Global Energy Metals”, the “Company” and/or “GEMC”), a multi-jurisdictional, multi-commodity critical mineral exploration, development and project generating company focused on growth-oriented projects supporting the global transition to the new energy economy, is pleased to highlight the identification of multiple high-priority uranium exploration targets at the Charlot-Neely Lake project in northern Saskatchewan, as announced by Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (CSE: TERA) (“Terra Balcanica”) on October 27, 2026.

The results follow the completion of an airborne geophysical survey by Terra North Resources Corp. (“Terra North”) and represent continued exploration progress at Charlot-Neely Lake, one of four Saskatchewan uranium properties over which Globglal Energy Metals retains a 0.5% Net Smelter Return (“NSR”) royalty.

The latest findings build on the encouraging preliminary radiometric anomalies previously highlighted by Global Energy Metals in September 2026, further defining prospective areas for follow-up exploration.

Exploration Highlights

  • Multiple uranium targets identified: The completed survey has outlined several high-priority uranium anomalies across the Charlot-Neely Lake project.
  • Encouraging geological setting: The targets occur along geological structures considered favourable for uranium mineralization within the historic Beaverlodge uranium district.
  • Next phase of exploration: Terra North plans follow-up fieldwork, including prospecting and sampling, to further evaluate the identified targets.
  • Continued royalty exposure: Global Energy Metals retains a 0.5% NSR royalty across Terra North’s approximately 594 km² Saskatchewan uranium portfolio, providing exposure to potential future discoveries and development without directly funding exploration.

Mitchell Smith, President and CEO of Global Energy Metals, commented:
“The identification of multiple uranium targets at Charlot-Neely Lake is an encouraging development that further highlights the exploration potential of our Saskatchewan uranium royalty portfolio.

“As Terra North continues to advance exploration and define new targets, Global Energy Metals retains exposure to potential discoveries without incurring direct exploration expenditures. This aligns with our broader strategy of maintaining strategic royalty interests that provide additional opportunities for long-term shareholder value creation.”

Advancing the Charlot-Neely Lake Uranium Project
Charlot-Neely Lake is located approximately 20 kilometres north of Uranium City, Saskatchewan, within the historic Beaverlodge uranium district.

The recently completed airborne survey has identified multiple uranium anomalies associated with geological structures considered prospective for uranium mineralization.

Terra North intends to advance follow-up exploration to evaluate these targets and determine priorities for future work.

The results represent another positive step in advancing the project and assessing its uranium potential. The identified anomalies remain early-stage exploration targets and require additional investigation.

Global Energy Metals’ Uranium Royalty Portfolio
Global Energy Metals holds a 0.5% NSR royalty across approximately 594 km² of uranium-prospective properties in Saskatchewan, including Charlot-Neely Lake, Fontaine Lake, Snowbird and South Pendleton.

The royalty portfolio provides the Company with potential long-term exposure to uranium exploration and development while allowing management to concentrate its resources on its core U.S. copper exploration and strategic asset consolidation initiatives.

With uranium continuing to play an important role in nuclear energy and energy security, Global Energy Metals believes its royalty interests represent a valuable complement to its broader North American critical minerals strategy.
